Your interview with Alexander Zock highlights his brilliant integration of Stoic principles with leadership practice. His explanation of "inner harmony and coherence" as essential qualities for leaders is compelling. The insights from Cicero’s On Duties enrich the argument beautifully, making Stoicism relevant to today’s professional environment. This piece inspires a meaningful reflection on leadership’s deeper purpose.

Great interview! Looking forward to the English translation of his book for sure.

Understanding our respective “why” is such a valuable concept from stoicism. It allows for all subsequent questions to be formulated and then executed with intention such as our respective “whats” and “hows”. Understating the why can and should start with the self but can obviously then be applied to any organization or community for cohesion and progress. Thanks for the great post!
