Longtime readers of Stoicism for Humans will know I used to create weekly one-minute meditations that combined a Stoic quote, a beautiful landscape photograph, and your choice of meditative music. (I had to stop publishing them because it took a lot of time to find the right quote and photo every week.) But until now I have never put them together in one place. I thought it might be nice to round them all up in one location, so you can easily find them whenever you need a quick dose of inspiration.
So here are links to all 47 one-minute meditations—almost enough for a whole year’s worth, if you listen to one every week. I hope you enjoy!
Making right use of impressions
Be content with what the moment brings
Prove your words through your actions
Preserve your power of judgment
You’ll have a calm and happy life
The delight of following nature
A noble spirit is good fortune
Run straight toward the finish line
Free, noble-minded and self-respecting
Fortune’s gifts are not ours to keep

Many thanks Brittany very helpful. I have always enjoyed these short snippets stimulating my mind and senses at same time! Great to have them in the one place.
