I invite you to take a few deep breaths as you choose your preferred music below, enjoy the stunning natural scenery, and reflect on the following words of wisdom from Seneca:
Contemporary classical
Medieval mandolin
Let philosophy sink deep into your heart, and test your progress not by speech or writing but by strength of mind and by the lessening of your desires. Prove your words through your actions.

Thank you Brittany. This is spot on lovely. Proving our words, especially to ourselves, is most important. Not doing so leads to all sorts of self-judgement, and self harm. I heard a quote yesterday, "Don't waste your breath to save your face, when you have done your best, and even more is asked of you. Let fate decide the rest." Robert Hunter. I really like this picture here Brittany. Thank you !
